Easy Directions to Sunnymeade House B & B - 1002 Fenn Ave - Victoria, BC.

From VICTORIA and DOWNTOWN FERRY TERMINALS:

We are located about 9 KM or 5 miles north of Victoria off HIGHWAY 17 at SAYWARD Road on CORDOVA BAY road.

• Look for the #17 HWY NORTH-BC FERRIES signs and follow out of town for about 15 minutes
• Continue past the ROYAL OAK DR. exit.
• Through the NEXT set of lights at HALIBURTON RD
• Then ELK LAKE will appear on your LEFT.
• Enter the RIGHT lane
• Look for large white sign "VEHICLES", then a Blue sign "GOLF and LODGING, Sunnymeade House B&B "and next a "SCALE" sign
• START to filter/turn onto CORDOVA BAY ROAD
• Up and over the hill to the STOP sign at the bottom
• Turn RIGHT as CORDOVA BAY ROAD continues, pass Mattick’s Farm Shopping area on your LEFT
• In about a minute, at the CROSSWALK, turn LEFT onto FENN Avenue at Service Station, Sunnymeade House B and B is on your LEFT.

From VANCOUVER, GULF ISLANDS and ANACORTES FERRIES, ,Sidney and VICTORIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

• Exit onto #17 HWY. SOUTH to VICTORIA
• Follow for about 15 minutes, through the lights at ISLAND VIEW ROAD
• Look for the green sign SAYWARD ROAD and blue sign
  "Golf and Lodging"
  "Sunnymeade House B & B"
  
• As you approach the SAYWARD traffic lights enter the LEFT TURN CONTROL LANE and turn LEFT onto SAYWARD ROAD
• This becomes FOWLER ROAD ( right bend at the bottom of hill)
• This road, will become CORDOVA BAY ROAD, pass Mattick’s Farm Shopping area on your LEFT
• In about a minute, at the CROSSWALK, turn LEFT onto FENN Avenue at Service Station, Sunnymeade House B and B is on your LEFT.

From UP-ISLAND/NANAIMO:

• Near the Victoria approach follow the signs for #17 HWY-BC FERRIES NORTH onto MCKENZIE
• Look for the #17 HWY NORTH-BC FERRIES sign and follow for about 15 minutes
• Continue past the ROYAL OAK DR. exit
